ABOUT ME!
Matt is an actor and writer based in New York City.
Matt began his professional acting career on tour with The Acting Company, performing Shakespeare and other classical texts for audiences around the country. From 2012-2017, Matt served as the Co-Founder and Co-Artistic Director of the site-specific theater company The Representatives, performing in 15+ original works in apartments, churches, hair salons and other alternative venues around NYC and internationally. In 2019, Matt co-founded the independent film & tv production company One-Eyed Rabbit.
Matt recently made his network debut as Congressman Matt Spate on NBC’s The Blacklist and can be heard as the voice of the lovable nerd Bryan in the animated web series The Dell IT Squad now playing on Reddit.
When Matt isn't chewing the scenery or writing a new script you can find him chillaxing in his backyard in Montclair, NJ, with his wife & creative partner, Maren, and their Sato pup, Odin, or binge watching the latest true crime docuseries.
